Several mission trips have occurred and there are more to come in the future.

There are many opportunities for everyone to get involved through prayer, financial support, participating in fundraising events, creating blanket squares for children, as well as going on a mission trip to Malawi.

Wellington Square currently supports the following initiatives:

  • Word of Grace Church and the Bimbi Irrigation project – church support & growing food for 250 families
  • Prison Fellowship Malawi’s Half Way House – helping ex-inmates reintegrate into society
  • Efrida’s Ophanage – providing a nutritious meal for pre-school age children
  • TIAO – knitting/crocheting “squares” for blankets for children

HAHFA’s mission is to engage in sustainable poverty alleviation, by building relationships and supporting community-based development. We do this through learning, fellowship and encouragement of our friends in Malawi.

Our Vision is to build awareness and support for grass-roots initiatives in Malawi. In collaboration with our partners on the ground, we foster meaningful relationships that positively impact local communities.
