At Wellington Square, the church is led by people who call it home. Our Board partners with staff to set direction, care for our resources, uphold our values, and make sure we practice the kind of church we say we want to be. Staff offer day-to-day leadership while the Board provides accountability, discernment, and shared responsibility on behalf of the congregation.
