community

A big part of church is being in community together. Sometimes that’s sharing a meal or grabbing a drink, sometimes that’s getting real and vulnerable, and other times it’s just being together while we read or make stuff. However it happens, we want to be a community where you can belong just as you are.

Sometimes you don’t need a big reason to get people around a table.

Friendsgiving is a chance for our College & Careers crew to slow down, catch up, eat good food, and share a little life together.

Bring one of your favourite foods—and enough to share. Drinks are on us. We’ll have games ready for anyone who wants to play, plenty of time to reconnect with old friends, and space to make some new ones.

Come ready to tell stories, hear what everyone’s been up to these past few months, and enjoy a night without needing to be anywhere else.

And yes, comfy food-eating clothes are strongly encouraged.

Bring your favourite dish. Bring your appetite. Bring yourself.

Contact Rev Kim for all the info.

community is built by people who show up for one another.

Our Care Teams help us make sure no one gets lost in the shuffle, especially when life gets hard. Sometimes care looks like a visit or a phone call. Sometimes it’s a note, a meal, a prayer, a listening ear, or simply reminding someone: you matter, you belong, and you’re not alone.

From our youngest to our oldest, we want to be a community where people experience God’s love through the care we offer one another. Because small acts of love are never really small. Put enough of them together and they become the kind of community, and the kind of world, we’re trying to build.
