practicing generosity
what you give makes this place possible
Grounded for Good
what we're building together matters.
Your generosity makes this place possible: every week, people find connection, belonging, purpose, and hope in and through our community and our programs. Grounded for Good is a way to personally commit to ensuring that this good and life-giving work can not continue, but grow and make a difference the years to come.
the best way to give: recurring automated giving
Automated monthly giving is one of the simplest and most impactful ways to help. It gives us the stability to plan, dream, and respond when opportunities arise, and allows you to know you are making a difference without having to anything.

questions about giving?
-
No. Full stop.
There is no price of admission to Wellington Square, and no one is keeping score. What you give has no connection to how you are treated and whether you belong.
-
You are still welcome here. Whether or not you give has zero impact on your ability to belong or participate in the church.
If you have capacity someday to give, great, please do. If not, that’s okay too as you don’t need to earn your place here.
-
There isn’t a magic number—and we’re not interested in giving one. Instead, we invite people to be generous, whatever that is for you.
For some people that means a monthly amount that fits their budget and for others it’s what they can do each week.
Whether you give $20 a week, $200 a month, or something else, it all matters and it all goes to help this community do it’s work.
-
Most gifts support the general life and work of the church: Sunday Services, Kids and Youth, events and programs, practical care through the Community Food Program, justice work, staff, spaces, and the ordinary behind-the-scenes things that make a community like this possible.
If there’s something you’d like to specifically support, please let us know and we’ll direct it to the right place.

Giving is a matter of trust, and we take that seriously.
